An intimate dinner hosted by Carmen Hartwich who is Australia's first to hold the prestigious Master of Bourbon title (and world's first female).  Carmen has a relentless drive and compassion for the industry and is keen to share her knowledge through rich storytelling.

Expect a sensory experience like no other, featuring whiskey, a trio of instrumental compositions followed by a seated, shared style dinner. While the Whiskey journey is filled with bold flavors and aromas, it's the subtle touches that drive the biggest impact.  Whether you are a seasoned connoisseur or curious beginner, Carmen can't wait to talk all things, Bourbon with you.  Just between us, she jumps at the opportunity to turn a die- hard scotch fan into a lover of her favourite spirit.
